Provide learners with comprehensive knowledge of the tropical agricultural system of Vietnam:
Introduces students to natural resources such as soil and water, as well as biodiversity in Vietnam.
Introduce the characteristics of acid sulfate soils, the constraints of these soils and practical research on these issues.
Introduces trainees to the current status and development trends of aquaculture in the tropical region with an emphasis on the case of Vietnamese aquaculture
Provide learners with the knowledge of the cultural aspect of Vietnamese cuisine, including cuisine outlook and eating and drinking styles.
