Research of Interest

  • Evaluate the effects of environmental factors (abiotic and biotic) on the quality and quantity of secondary metabolites and biomass of living organisms.
  • Evaluate changes in proteomic expression of medical plants due to environmental stress factor attacks.
  • Investigate the roles of secondary metabolites (e.g., volatile organic compounds, medical compounds…) and proteomics that convey plant defense and adaptation processes towards various environmental stresses.
  • Establish the protocols to produce the pharmaceutical products from probiotics and medical plants.
  • Use the bioengineering technologies improve the quality and quantity of useful microorganism and secondary metabolism substances.
  • Offer consultant services in chromatography analyses (TLC, NMR, GC/MS, HPLC, LC/MS).
